Missed Homework and School Work
Dismissal
Policy
Absolutely
no changes may be made in a student's regular dismissal routine
unless a written note, signed by the parent/guardian is provided to
the school. This includes releases made to another parent/guardian
for
a play date, etc. The safety of each student is our priority.
We
are always glad to have visitors to our school buildings and
grounds. However, for security reasons,
parents and other visitors are required to go directly to the High
School Office if visiting the High School or Middle School buildings, or to the Elementary School
Office if visiting the Elementary School. The
School district requires that all visitors sign-in at the office,
obtain a visitor's pass which must be worn,
and indicate who you are visiting within the building. Upon leaving
the building, you need to return to
the office to sign out and to return the visitor pass. A visitor's
book is maintained in each of the offices.
We thank you for caring about the safety of the children and taking
the time to follow these procedures. Letting others know
about the visitor procedures is also helpful.
Call 265-9254. The operator will direct you to the appropriate attendance office.
Important: Upon return to school, students must provide a note signed by the parent/guardian indicating the date/s and reason for the absence in order for the absence to be considered an excused absence.
